Hello skiers and snowboarders,
Here are some preliminary snow totals for the 48 hours ending at 5 am on
Sunday:
Mt. Baker 28"
Stevens Pass 23"
Snoqualmie Pass 16"
Crystal Mt. 17"
White Pass 15"
49 Degrees North 11"
Silver Mt 8"
All this powder will make for some great conditions for this coming week. During much of the week, we are expecting just light snow showers at times, likely not much more than an inch a day. See map below. The good news is that temperatures will remain below freezing so we will not have any melt and freezing issues impacting snow conditions.
Bring plenty of layers with morning temperatures at 15 F or perhaps even 10 F. If it is 10 degrees and 10 mph wind that is wind chill of - 4 F. High temperatures are forecasted to be in the low 20s.
HIGHLIGHTS
Monday to Thursday: Up to 1" daily slightly higher for Crystal Mountain.

Extended Outlook Feb 7 to Feb 9
Forecast models all agree that we will continue with cold conditions for this period. The map below is for Stampede Pass at 4000'. Several forecast models bring light snow for this coming Friday and Saturday. Too early to tell how much snow - we will update you this coming Thursday.

Prepared by Michael Fagin, Meteorologist. Please take a look at our extended outlook below.
