Hello Skiers and Snowboarders,

Short-Term Forecast

Monday, we are expecting steady snow for much of the day, snow levels vary from 3000 to 4000' at times, so that all slopes will get snow. This pattern is due to a trough of low pressure off our coast, which will bring bands of moisture into our region.

Tuesday and Wednesday, a weak area of low pressure is to our south, so we are expecting light snow. The good news is that snow levels are at 2000 to 3000'.

Interior B.C Resorts

The map reflects snowpack as a percent of normal as of Feb 19. Many of the Interior B.C. resorts are located in the Upper Columbia Basin. This basin snowpack is at 89% of the average, with some resorts above 89%. The Upper Columbia Basin snowpack is certainly much higher than the resorts in Washington and Oregon.
