EXTENDED OUTLOOK

The extended outlook into next week is looking very favorable. The first map shows average temperatures will be 2 °C (3.6° F) below average over much of Washington, and up to 4 °C (7.2° F) below average for British Columbia. That is good news!

Also, good news, much of our region will have above average precipitation. Thus, for next week, the extended outlooks are suggesting additional snow. High level of confidence in the colder pattern, snowfall too early to give a confidence level. However, I am optimistic regarding new snow for next week.
