Hello NW skiers and snowboarders, The pre-season stoke builds with more snow falling today! ❄️ We have continued unsettled weather today into Friday morning, with an active low pressure delivering the goods to the Cascades. The snow levels will remain modest with accumulating (2–8”) snow mainly on the mid and upper slopes (SL 4,500–6,000) especially into Baker and Whistler. Strong Storm = Fresh October Snow Incoming!
Hello NW skiers and snowboarders, There is more snowfall ahead with increasing snow coverage forecasted on all slopes. Today a strong storm is aimed at the Pacific Northwest and will move in Friday. Initially, the storm has mild air with a modest atmospheric river attached to the incoming cold front. This means the first hours of the precipitation on mid-day Friday will see heavy rain falling on the current thin snowpack seen on the upper slopes at most ski areas. This

We’re on our way, and it’s only October.
Hello NW skiers and snowboarders, Here we go! Expect new snow at most ski areas starting tonight into Sunday as a weather front moves through the Pacific Northwest with cooler temperatures. Initially, the snow levels will be high, with snow mainly on the upper slopes 6,000–8,000 ft, but lowering to 4,000–5,000 ft by Sunday. Total snowfall: 1–4" lower slopes, 2–6"+ upper slopes by later Sunday. The convergence zone may focus heavier snowfall into Baker, Stevens, and The Summit
